KIERON
Age: 4 years
is an active and inquisitive little boy who enjoys playing with his toys, helping around the home and messy activities. He was born five weeks prematurely. Kieron has some developmental delay, which is being assessed. He receives speech therapy. Kieron responds well to boundaries and structures. He is a loving child with a determined nature. ISABELLA
Age: 1 year
is a sociable little girl who is curious about her environment. She likes to ‘chat’ and enjoys attention, baths, being sung to and swimming. Isabella has cerebral palsy. She is beginning to hold herself up, roll on to one side, and will try to grab objects. Needing: adoption
MALAKAI
Age: 3 years
is a happy, busy, sociable little boy who loves animals. He has very secure attachments to his carers. Malakai was born with talipes and is responding well to wearing special shoes at night to correct the position of his feet. He has a diagnosis of foetal alcohol syndrome, however, he is meeting his developmental milestones and doing very well. Needing: adoption or permanent fostering
K & C
are sisters who have formed good attachments to their foster carers. K is friendly, with an infectious giggle! She loves to be covered in sand at the beach. K likes giving her baby sister kisses and cuddles. C’s personality is developing every day. She is vocal and babbles to get attention. C is in a good routine. Needing: adoption
CASEY
Age: 9 years
is a lovely-natured girl who enjoys Brownies, swimming, music and playing on the trampoline. She has a good relationship with her foster carers who speak very positively of her and describe her as a lovely girl who is a pleasure to care for. ASHLEIGH
Age: 8 years
is a pleasant, chatty 'girlie' girl. She enjoys playing with her Barbie dolls, colouring, fashion and riding her bike. Ashleigh enjoys school where she has many friends. She has a warm and affectionate relationship with her foster carers and has thrived in their care. Ashleigh would like an adoptive family who is kind and caring. Needing: adoption
MARSHALL
Age: 7 years
is a confident, active boy with a cheeky smile. He has a particular talent for gymnastics and enjoys dancing. Marshall likes school where his teachers say he is kind and helpful. He can be strong willed but responds well to boundaries and praise. Marshall has a warm, affectionate relationship with his carers and has thrived in their care. Needing: adoption
KAI
Age: 2 years
is a smiley, happy little boy who enjoys swimming and trips to the park where his favourite activity is the swing. He was born prematurely and has cerebral palsy with limited movement on his right side. Kai can roll on his tummy and is attempting to pull himself up. He will need a high level of support and stimulation to help him reach his full potential. Needing: adoption
HOLLY & CHANTELLE
are sisters who play a lot together. Holly can be quite entertaining! She likes watching television and dressing up in pretty clothes. Chantelle is good-natured and loves cats and dogs. She has a deformity which affects her right foot. Chantelle is responding well to physiotherapy and can walk short distances. is a smiley, affectionate, active toddler who likes to be involved in everything! He loves nursery rhymes and dancing to tunes that he recognises. is an energetic, determined, sweet little girl who enjoys singing and dancing. She loves the colour pink, nice clothes and having her hair done. Chloe likes anything to do with Peppa Pig and Fifi. are sister and brother who have a close bond and are lively and engaging. Daniella is a happy, kind, funny and bright little girl. Age: 8 years
is an active, energetic and excitable girl who is keen to try new things. She throws herself into games, and happily engages in role play for hours! Chelsea loves to laugh and thinks that cuddles and kisses are the best things in the world. She is very responsive and rewarding. Needing: adoption

are delightful, affectionate brothers who have a close bond. They have a joint love of difficult puzzles and will happily complete a 100 piece jigsaw together! JAYDEN & SAVANNAH
are twin brother and sister who are in separate foster families but have regular contact, and are forming a bond. They were born prematurely at 33 weeks. Jayden is adorable, smiley and loves cuddles. He has good concentration and likes musical toys. Savannah is delightful, happy and loves kisses. She has Down’s syndrome and a heart defect which may rectify itself with age. Savannah loves attending toddler groups. Needing: adoption

are twins with a very close and special relationship. Chloe likes to be in charge and can be very vocal when she wants her own way! Jack is a placid and contented little boy with an infectious smile. They were born prematurely with resulting problems and, although their care can be demanding, are making great progress and are responsive and rewarding children. Needing: adoption

is a caring, chatty and inquisitive little boy. He is bright, eager to learn and enjoys feeling special. Sean loves listening to stories and playing outside. is a bright, charming little girl who has a lovely voice and enjoys music and singing. Her foster carers say she has “a lovely way about her”. Sarah shows academic potential at school and has friends there. Following her past experiences, she can try to be controlling of situations, but responds positively to adults and enjoys affection. is an affectionate, happy and easygoing little boy who loves singing, musical instruments and having stories read to him. He loves toy cars and anything that makes a noise! Dominic is a good climber, and enjoys running, the outdoors and rough play. He is currently meeting all his developmental milestones. Dominic attends playgroup, which he thoroughly enjoys. Age: 4 years
not her real name, is an engaging little girl who is always laughing. She likes singing, nursery, and staying in her carer’s caravan. Rae has a positive relationship with her carers, who describe her as extremely loving. She was born prematurely and has cerebral palsy which affects her motor development and mobility. Rae’s health professionals are pleased with her progress. Needing: adoption

Age: 7 years
is an enthusiastic, fun-loving little girl with a mischievous sense of humour. She is a chatterbox and often sings out loud. Toni loves attention and praise. She plays football and is the only girl in a team of boys. Toni is making good progress at school. She is receiving therapeutic support to help her make sense of past experiences. Needing: adoption
CHARLIE
Age: 13 years
enjoys playing football, trampolining, ice-skating, go karting and spending time at youth clubs. He is a warm, loving boy but can present with low mood. is an engaging and sociable boy who is active and inquisitive. He mixes well with other children and readily engages with adults. is a happy, energetic little boy who loves exploring! He is inquisitive, curious and likes playing with his toys. Jack is attached to his carers and they describe him as lovable, gentle and affectionate. He has a diagnosis of foetal alcohol syndrome and his development is delayed by about ten months. is a lively, confident little boy with a beautiful smile and a charming and cheeky personality. is a very polite child with a bubbly personality who takes pride in her appearance. She likes designing clothes, playing board games and riding her bike. REBEKKAH
Age: 2 years
is an affectionate little girl who loves singing nursery rhymes. She has just started to talk by copying words and sounds, and will dance and sing when she hears music. Rebekkah has good co-ordination and enjoys shape-sorting toys. She is delayed in her development and her new family will need to accept some developmental uncertainty. Needing: adoption or fostering
MAMADOU
Age: 5 years
is a spirited boy who enjoys singing, dancing, swimming, acting and puzzles. He is described as a well-behaved, intelligent child who is a pleasure to care for. Mamadou is affectionate, but needs a patient, understanding family who can help him form secure attachments at his own pace. Needing: adoption
JUSTIN
Age: 2 years
is a delightful, confident and happy little boy. He loves cuddles, kisses and is affectionate with his foster carers, with whom he has lived since birth. Justin loves being active whether playing alone or with other children. He has a diagnosis of probable autism. Justin is making progress with Portage, physiotherapy and speech and language support.
